After changing my name i cant open my character.. I do what support me to do.. I uninstall and update the game but still i cant open my assassin character. But my mage and other account is proceding to lobby. Support told me that everything is normal on my account? What should i do to recover my main character..?? Pls anyone?

I don't think snail really care about this subject, because for them, it helps ensure people keep spending money, to try and beat the cheats! You won't beat them, so don't try, mmmm but won't that take the fun of the game away! Yes it will, but until snail decide to look at people's payments and see if it works out to the amount of diamonds spent, we will just have to except that the cheats will stay, very sad indeed.
