bug: instance maps and team instances

Server: S1-CA Nor or
Time approx: 11:30 am PST
When entering an instance map, the maps are empty no mobs or bosses present.
Trying to join team instances tells me I have used all my attempts and must upgrade my vip, but screen says 2/2 absolute zero-hard, 2/2 sword-hard, 2/2 forgotten realms-harm same with dragon realm
