Please do not use the illegal letters when you change the character name. If you use the illegal letters, you will not be able to enter the original character after changing the character name.

The following letters may cause this problem,".", "’", "*", """, "#", "%", "_", "-", "*", "( )", "[ ]", etc.

If you can't log in after changing your character name, please contact us via Support@SnailGamesUSA.com and send your issue, character name and server name to us, we will help you.

What can we do to our names? our name was affixes by our guild name and now with the letters B⭐S_ before all our guild name. Please reply what can we do about this.

i have two characters locked because i did not know the rules can you halpe me. characters are BIG'LEGION.RO end BIG'LEGION'RO THE NAME OF SERVER IS US S15 BOXER
