Report Rune bug

5. Item include: Rune & player abuse
6. Type of bug: dupicate option unlock when upgrade item
7. Decription
I notice that "Blue Rune" item quality 10 is bugged the 1st option is unlock after rune upgrade to level 4 but if i keep upgrade it to +8 and +12 this option is also enable again and again and also he amount of +HP also increase by every +4

Mean

Example (this is just explanation and the number is incorrect )
"Rock rune" +4 = +200hp
"Rock rune" +8 = +300hp then + another 300hp
"Rock rune" +12= +400hp then +400hp +400hp
"Rock rune" +16= +hp + hp +hp +hp
so on


Also I want to report Taichipanda and Hellopanda top 5 server for Abusing this bug they sockets most of their items with this bug Runes and upgraded them over +20 for full option unlock

for the last few day i cant win arena and pvp because they are way much stronger and this is why!!!!!!!!!!! plz do something

Dear player, I am afraid its normal.the 2nd and 3rd attribute of the runes will be activated with certain requirement,and its easy to meet the requirement of Blue runes.
You can check the requirement in game.

Blue rune：
2nd attribute： Item Fortification will be available at level 60
3nd attribute: Item upgrading will be avilable at level 4
Purple rune:
2nd attribute： Item Fortification will be available at level 70 (we have got get level 35 frist)
3nd attribute: Item upgrading will be avilable at level 5 (its hard to meet)

So I think Blue runes are much more situable for the players on the server now.Any further problems,feel free to contact with us .
