Lost Account

After merge on survers lost my account.
Already send msg to support and they say me to wait
,but after 2 weeks noone respond me.
Name of account is - Dz€n™.
If anyone can tell me how can recover it.
I see it inguild but dont know which surver is.
Hope can help me get it back.

There are 2 methods you can use to find which server you used to play.

1. You can try on this website if you forget which server you used to play.

2. Also you can check the server list carefully to find your server. If there is a little Panda image on the server, it means you have character in this server.

I check all survers and didnt find it.
Try to find where is also first on site,but when type it name and try
to find which surver is - say it that this name is not legal.
But its name of account: Dz€n™.
Its in guild Think-Twice.Before merge was playing in EU-S64.
Now cant find it in any surver.Check it all one by one.
Is there other way that can help me recover it back?

Account Name:Dz€n™
This exactly name of account.
Its in guild Think-Twice member and was playing in surver EU-S64.
I see him in members list in guild but cant find it on any surver.

If its posible replace my new account with Dz€n™ and delete Crash or move to other surver.

Hello members of the snail team. I would like to inform you that I have lost my account from more than one month. I have not been able to retrieve my account since I lost my account. I want a solution to this problem. I hope you have the opportunity to help me. Members of the great Snell team.
