Bugs on my account

So I created a new account and I’ve experienced a lot of bugs, whenever I try to share on Facebook(through the bottom one when you click on options) the game crashes and whenever I try to upgrade a rune it says that there’s no rune selected even though I’ve selected a rune and experience runes to upgrade it with. Also i can only log into the website when I use Facebook when I try to use my account name it says that it’s not a legal name. I have tried emailing but all emails haven’t gone through it’s been saying the email I’m trying to message doesn’t exist.
