Since this morning I ask via the helpdesk snail, to be able to change the password of the game client .. After 10 email correspondence with my interlocutor, he sent me a reset password general snail website. I tell him that the password of the snail website is not the password I am looking for, but he does not understand it. I asked that he reset the password of the game on the game because I do not remember the password to connect from my phone so, could you please make me talk with a person who speaks English and especially who understands it and can finally help me by doing this reset.
