EU servers start from 06:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. 7th, Mar UTC 0, 2016.
US,CA servers start from 01:30 a.m. to 05:30 a.m. 7th, Mar UTC-5, 2016.
RU servers start from 09:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m. 7th, Mar UTC+3, 2016.
