Failure to log in on server EU - S37 Mist

Anyone else having trouble logging in and playing?
I play on iPhone and have not been able to access the game at allsince 28 November.
Is there a problem? Do Snail know? Has my server been merged and I have a new server to use???

All attempts report back "Network error" and I know for a fact I've not done anything to be frozen / blocked. Help, I'm missing out on character development and as one of the strongest players - who has spent plenty - on that server i am NOT happy!
