cant enter my username

i have char lvl 214 with 1.3M on server s45-8 europe.
today when i trying to enter the game i get a messege from google play to create game nickname and i couldnt enter the game without to do this. so i created and when i finish and its enter to my account there was no any account like this user was created just now. plz i need help
my char name is dan1el on server s45-8 europe.
but away i cant enter from sign in too. i was always enter from sign in and the press google.
